📦 Processing Time

I usually ship within 2-4 business days after your order is placed. During busy seasons (like festivals, shop updates, or when special edition boxes are released), processing times may be a little longer. If that’s the case, I’ll always let you know.

🇨🇦 Shipping within Canada

• Ontario & Québec: Flat rate of $15 CAD per regular order. Orders ship via Purolator with tracking included.

• Special Edition Boxes ship at a flat rate of $20 CAD.

• Other Provinces & Territories: Flat rate of $27 CAD per order. Orders can ship via Purolator, UPS, Fedex or Canada Post depending on carrier rates and your location.

• A refund will be issued for excess shipping charges over $4 CAD.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

• Shipping rates start at $25 CAD and will vary depending the size and weight of the order.

• A refund will be issued for excess shipping charges over $4 CAD. Orders ship via Canada post/USPS.

• Duties and tariffs will be collected at checkout. There shouldn’t be any surprise charges upon delivery, though rare exceptions can still occur. If it happens, please let me know.

*Once a parcel crosses the border, a few factors are outside of my control. Delays can happen without much warning. If anything does come up, we’ll navigate it together, case by case—but it’s important to know they’re a possibility.

For international parcels, tracking and/or insurance will depend on the carrier and destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. Unfortunately, I can’t control these fees.

If you place multiple orders close together, I’ll do my best to combine them into one parcel. When possible, I’ll refund excess shipping charges.

I believe in reusing and recycling whenever I can. That's why I carefully chose to wrap your treasures in eco-friendly materials, whenever possible.

If you can, I invite you to give these materials a second life—whether to store your own treasures or pass a little magic along to someone else.

For preorder items (like the Solstice Box or other limited editions), shipping and processing times will always be different from regular orders. Details will be clearly noted on the product page—thank you for your patience while the magic is being prepared!
